Brictec Tunnel Kiln Solid Fuel Burner meets operational requirements for various solid fuels including petroleum coke, pulverized coal, coconut shell, rice husk, and biomass. Designed for automated production calcination processes in tunnel kiln firing, lithium battery anode and cathode material calcination, and yellow phosphorus production.

Complete Automated System

This unmanned calcination system integrates raw material metering, crushing, drying, automatic feeding, and combustion monitoring functions. Suitable for all continuous tunnel kilns requiring top ignition for calcination.

System Components

Hardware: Fuel storage silo, metering belt scale, fuel crusher, screw conveyor, dryer, dust collector, chain conveyor, and solid fuel burner.
Software: Data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit.

Application Versatility

Ideal for high-temperature carbonization calcination of synthetic graphite anode materials and carbonization tunnel kilns for lithium-ion battery anode materials and graphite precursors. Compatible with traditional brick and tile tunnel kilns with minimal modifications required.
